In the past 66 years, the general public’s ability to trace their family tree from home (in a matter of weeks, no less) has gone from something that sounds like a sci-fi movie theme to being a best seller on Black Friday.
As of February 2019, more than 26 million people in the U.S. have done an at-home ancestry test — more double the 12 million counted in 2017, which was a milestone of its own. After people cross a test off of their own bucket list, they can move on to a DNA test for their dog. Read more…
