While these use cases are exciting and valuable, they are only a taste of what is to come.
In this talk, we’ll look at streaming platforms from a number of different points of view and explore where the field is going next with support for global applications that span regions and clouds, patterns that evolve from event storage and the interplay between stream processing and serverless ecosystems.
