Bachelor in Paradise is back.

Season 7 of our favorite steamy spinoff premiered on Monday, Aug. 16. The Love Island-esque show featuring contestants from former seasons (like Victoria with a crown of zipties) is sure to be a nice buffer between Katie’s and Michelle’s seasons of The Bachelorette. And bartender Wells Adams is back to fuel the drama with tequila shots.

If you want to live tweet or avoid spoilers, watching live is crucial. To do so, you’ll need access to ABC. A streaming service that offers live broadcast channels is the best way to watch Bachelor in Paradise if you don’t have cable:

  • YouTube TV — get over 85 channels for $64.99/month

  • fuboTV — get over 100 channels for $64.99/month

  • Hulu + Live TV —  get over 75 channels (plus the entire Hulu streaming library) for $64.99/month, or bump to Hulu + Live TV, Disney+, and ESPN+ for $72.99/month

  • Sling TV — get at least 30 channels by choosing Sling Orange or Blue for $35/month, or combine them and get 51 channels for $50/month. ABC is unlocked by downloading the Locast app on your device along with your Sling subscription.

Be sure to take advantage of those free trials. Better yet, many of these services are known to offer discounts on your first few months of a paid subscription.

Don’t care about watching live? Non-live Hulu is a much cheaper option. Bachelor in Paradise episodes appear on Hulu the morning after they air and are available to anyone with the $5.99/month tier. (ABC also releases the episodes to stream the day after they air, but a cable provider login is required.)

Don’t want to sign up for another subscription? There’s another way to catch Bachelor in Paradise live that doesn’t require one at all. An HD antenna grabs local broadcast channels like ABC, CBS, and NBC and shoots them onto your screen through a single cable and USB adapter. This one-time $30 purchase will get a decent array of live TV without a monthly charge — if you can place it correctly, that is.
