For those of us who have less than 20 total Instagram posts (It’s me. I’m “those of us”), deleting posts the old fashioned way, one by one, isn’t a huge deal.
But what if I had dozens, hundreds, dare I say thousands? Deleting posts one at a time would sound like something I’d do literally anything to avoid (and by literally anything I mean literally some things, but not things that involve risk of significant bodily and emotional harm).
Good thing I never have to worry about that because Instagram allows users to mass delete posts, although the “how” might not be immediately obvious. Here’s what you have to do.
How to delete all Instagram posts
1. Go to your Instagram profile
2. Tap the menu button in the top right corner

8. When you see the “Delete Posts?” popup, tap “Delete”
All the posts you selected will be instantly deleted from your profile. If you selected all of your posts, all of them will be gone and you can start anew.
