Maybe, just maybe, we’ll finally see The Winds of Winter, the sixth book in the “A Song of Ice and Fire” saga (aka Game of Thrones), sometime soon. The pressure is on — author George R.R. Martin seems willing to go to jail if it’s not wrapped by summer 2020.

With HBO’s television version of the Game of Thrones saga completed, attention has turned back to Martin’s book series, upon which the show was based. Air New Zealand even created the following ad to try to woo Martin way down south, pitching the island country as the perfect place for him to finish Winds.  Read more…
