For most people, receiving a message from someone you once told “fuck you” is basically your worst nightmare. But Billy Eichner isn’t most people.
During an episode of Billy on the Street back in 2010, the notoriously blunt comedian offered up a pretty quick response to a woman when asked why she couldn’t go watch Sex and the City that weekend. She had a good excuse, though: she was getting married that weekend. Nonetheless, Eichner wasn’t having any of it.
“Fuck you,” he said, immediately walking away.

Nine years later, the woman sent Eichner a message. He posted a screenshot of the message on Instagram, declaring: “This is so lovely. I had to share. Swipe thru! Sometimes people are cool (especially New Yorkers).” Read more…
