Ever since I first laid my eyes on SkateBIRD in December of 2019 during a Nintendo Indie World showcase, I’ve been enamored with the concept. It’s simple—you’re a bird on a skateboard. What more could a player want? The trailer promised Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater-styled fun, but with far more charm and cuteness in the mix, and I don’t know quite how I managed the nearly two-year wait.
