When I’m not walking the corgis while listening to an audiobook, I’m in the kitchen working on my latest recipe hyper fixation. Recently, I’ve been very vegetable focused, trying out new ways to cook everything from carrots to radishes to brussels sprouts. I’ve rarely met a vegetable that I didn’t like, but I always love to discover a new-to-me way to cook them.
If you, too, love experimenting in the kitchen and are eager to flex your skills and tastebuds with a vegetable focus, you’re in luck. Here are a few of my favorite new cookbooks that are full of delicious recipes perfect for home cooks of all skill levels.
