The bad news: There’s no new trailer yet for Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. Per director J.J. Abrams at D23, it’s just not ready yet.
The good news: Disney did present new footage at the Walt Disney Studios presentation Saturday — and, folks, you’re going to freak out.
The sizzle reel, which was shown in the room only, began with a montage of past Star Wars movies before cutting to footage of Rise of Skywalker.
